We Heard You

Comment cards are our most popular method for receiving instant feedback from customers. Our attractive feedback centers in each of our DRAKE UNIVERSITY restaurants will contain an ample supply of comment cards with a drop box. These comment cards are also designed to be easily placed in campus mail if our customers prefer to do so. Our management team, as always, will be directly responsible for responding to the customer wants and needs on a daily basis. Additionally, we develop a catalog of customer comments, enabling us to examine what areas are of most concern to our customers as well as those areas that result in highly satisfied customers.
