How does FLASH IN THE PAN work?
- Pick up a bowl
- Select your vegetables & place in bowl
- Take the bowl to the chef/saute station
- Select a starch (rice, pasta, whole wheat pasta, etc.)
- Select a protein (chicken, beef, sausage, tofu)
- Select a flavor changer (9 choices include: basil pesto, cilantro pesto, Singapore Street Noodle, Indian Coconut Curry, etc.)
- The chef will pan fry/saute the ingredients right before you
- Select from an array of garnishments ( wasabi, soy sauce, fortune cookies, etc.)

Located in the lower level of the Olmsted Center, Terrace Court Ala Carte Cafe offers deli sandwiches made to order, Grab 'n Go items, the Grill, and much more!

Olmsted Coffee Shop (Green Mountain Coffee / Freshens Smoothie Shop)
Located on the Main Floor of the Olmsted Center, we have our very own in-house Green Mountain Coffee Shop and also Freshens Smoothies. We have a large selection of HOT and COLD drinks, snacks, and some GREAT sandwiches you can't find anywhere else on campus.
 Now featuring natural, organic, and local menu selections and Fair Trade organic certified coffee daily. Enjoy Organic, Fair Trade Certified Green Mountain Coffee blends and 100% all natural, Ethical Trade Celestial Seasonings Tea.
Regular Tea varieties include: Lemon Zinger, Victorian Earl Grey Black, English Breakfast, and Green Tea.
Caffeine Free tea varieties include: peppermint, chamomile, mandarin orange spice, and cinnamon apple spice.
Olmsted C-Store
Located in the Main Level of the Olmsted Center (previously Bulldog Lounge), we have our very convenient on-campus C-Store. Offering a variety of options. Open extended hours for the late night studier on campus.
Now featuring natural, organic, and local products including Annie Chun’s Organic Noodles, All Natural Odwalla Bars, All Natural Naked Juice, Stretch Fruit Leathers, Peace Cereal, and much more.
 Cowles Café – Cowles Library Coffee Shop
Located in Cowles Library (Main Level). Cowles Cafe features Starbucks Coffee beverages, an array of freshly baked pastries and baked goods, specialty salads and sandwiches, as well as, sweet & salty snacks. Enjoy Café Estima Blend Starbucks Fair Trade Certified coffee.

Concessions
Use your Flex Dollars or Bulldog Bucks at on-campus Drake sporting events at designated stands in the Knapp Center and Drake Stadium to get your favorite concession items.
Sodexo Campus Dining Concessions @ Drake University allow non-profit (Volunteer) organizations to apply to work concessions stands to raise money for their organizations. The concessions groups then work in concession stands in the Drake University Stadium and Knapp Center for basketball games, football games, track & field events, etc.
